How are the pandebonos enjoyed best?

Our pandebonos are delightful when they are warm as it allows the cheese to melt, becoming a soft and cheesy bun. Use caution when biting into the guava filled pandebonos as jam can become very hot.

How can we warm up the pandebonos?

To warm them up, you can use the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

How long do the pandebonos last?

If stored in the freezer, our cheese buns can also can last up to 3 months.
If felt on the counter, they will last approximately a week.

I store the pandebonos in the freezer, do I let them defrost?

Yes, we recommend defrosting in your fridge for at least an hour.

What does Moji mean?

Moji is the nickname of one of our co-founders Martha. For us, Moji means love and passion as these are two words that best define Martha. You will find her at all of the farmers´ marketsenthusiastically giving you samples of our signature cheese buns.
