Frequently Asked Questions
Our Pandebono is a delicious Colombian inspired cheesy cassava-based bun.
Pandebonos are at their best when served warm, allowing the cheese to melt into a soft, gooey delight. For our guava-filled pandebonos, be careful when taking your first bite—the jam can get very hot!
Enjoy your pandebonos warm and melty! Here’s how:
Microwave: Heat 10–15 seconds per bun for a quick treat.
Oven: Bake 5–8 minutes at 350°F for a batch of 6 buns.
Air Fryer: Warm 3–4 minutes at 300°F for 6 buns—crispy on the outside, soft inside.
Toaster Oven: 6–8 minutes at 200°F for 6 buns.
Stovetop: Grill on low heat for a few minutes per side for that fresh-from-the-grill flavour.
Our pandebonos can last up to 3 months in the freezer. If kept at room temperature, they will stay fresh for 4–5 days, as we use no preservatives.
Yes! For the best texture and melty cheese, we recommend letting them thaw for at least 20 minutes. In a pinch, you can reheat them straight from the freezer—they’ll still be delicious, just allow a little extra time to warm through.
Yes! Our commercial kitchen exclusively makes pandebonos, and all ingredients we use are naturally gluten-free.
