Traditional Pandebono

Traditionally, our pandebonos are delightful when warm as it allows the cheese within the dough to melt. Please use caution when biting into the pandebonos, as they can become very hot.

If the cheese buns have been in the freezer, please let the bun thaw before reheating.

To reheat the pandebono, you can use one of the following methods:

• Place in the microwave for 10-15 seconds per bun
• Place all 6 cheese buns in the oven for 5-8 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
• Place all 6 cheese buns in the air frier for 3-4 min at 300 degrees Fahrenheit
• Place all 6 cheese buns in the toaster oven for 6-8 min at 200 degrees Fahrenheit
• Grill on a stovetop for a few minutes on each side on low heat

Tip: You will know the buns are ready once they are warm and soft.

Caution: Be careful when you warm up the padebonos, as they warm up quickly. We recommend letting the pandebono rest for a few minutes before eating it.

Our Pandebonos contain no preservatives so we recommend freezing them if you are not going to consume them within a few days after purchasing them. 

Our pickup location is in SW Calgary, near Southland Station. The address is 7 Hazelwood Crescent SW. 

Pickups are available every Friday from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM MT. Since every batch is made fresh, we ask for 2 business days to prepare your order. If you’d like your pandebonos for the same week, be sure to place your order by Wednesday.
